Since maintenance has changed hands anytime I put a request through it is completed immediately. One of the large request ... I had was to pressure wash my stairs. They ended up pressure washing everyone’s and it looks great and did it in a short timeframe from my request. Where to begin...? First the staff is absolutely amazing. 2nd. Pool is wonderful and always clean! Parking requires a sticker ... so guests have their own place. Its quiet and peaceful. Well kept landscaping, nice gym, good part of town. Close to airbase is you like watching interesting aircraft fly by. And you minutes from picnic island, ballast point pier, dollar tree and all kinds of yummy pizza delivery. Best part is the price!! You'll see if you check out their going rates. Can actually save living in this apartment. Think about it! I'm just finally happy. And wait till you meet the managment. They care.. I've never been anywhere where they care.
